Integrated Business Telecom - 3CX CRM Connectors
GenetiQ
GenetiQ
Connecting GenetiQ to your telephony platform is extremely important for improving customer satisfaction and working more efficiently. With our integration tool Bubble, during an incoming or outgoing phone call, you no longer have to search for customer data manually but it appears directly in a pop-up notification on your PC screen and from there you can perform various actions such as opening a relation card.
Pop-up notification
Bubble has a number of unique features. The information that can be displayed and the buttons in the pop-up are completely configurable to the wishes of the user, department or company. The information to display in the pop-up notification can be found under tab parameters and the available buttons under tab buttons. When transferring a call to a colleague, the customer information will be transferred with the call and when working with multiple screens, you can choose on which screen you want to see the pop-up. By default, the pop-up is visible from the moment your softphone, deskphone or other device rings until the call ends, but with the various timer options you can adjust even this to your personal preferences.
Functionalities
In addition to the above mentioned pop-up notification capabilities, Bubble is equipped with many more functionalities. For example, you can activate multiple CRM integrations under the same user at no extra cost, which can be useful if you use multiple software applications within your company. The full list of features can be found under tab functions, but we have already listed a few important ones for you:
- Dialing out by selecting a phone number in your CRM and pressing a hotkey with with the Select & Call feature.
- Search CRM contact information directly in the Searchbar desktop application even if there is no phone call at that time.
- If several relations are known under one number you can browse through the results with the Multi result function.
- The Call History function allows you to see all contact moments with the phone number over the last 90 days so you can immediately see which colleague had the last contact.
- At the end of every call, there will be pushed a Call Log to the CRM, so that every call is logged under the relation card in the CRM.
- Make a call note immediately with the Call Note function that will be logged together with the Call Log and becomes visible to you and your colleagues in the Call History.
- Easy and secure login based on Single sign-on (Microsoft, Google or Apple account).
Customization
To meet your specific needs, Bubble is equipped with the Automations module. With this module it is possible to add your own If-This-Then-That flows. Think, for example, of running a script or automatically opening the call-note-screen instead of having to click it open.
Technical
Connecting Bubble - and thus the GenetiQ Software CRM connector - to your telephony platform is very easy. The procedure is different per telephony platform but one thing they all have in common, you don't have to be a technician to do it.
-

In the Activity Hub, you can view activities such as a call log with notes or a conversation transcription that still needs to be saved in the CRM. You can choose to do this automatically or manually. Notes and transcriptions can be edited before they are written to the CRM.
-
Assign call log to search result
The feature enables logging conversations in the CRM by selecting an entity from the search results. AI summaries and/or manual notes are directly linked to the correct record.
-

Call details, call notes, and an AI transcript of the conversation can be stored directly in your CRM under the customer record. To save AI transcripts, the connected telephony platform must support this feature.
-

-
Bubble Desktop
Bubble is installed on each user/workstation and runs locally on the user's computer.
-
Bubble Cloud
Bubble is hosted in the cloud, so no local installation is required. Note: This option requires the Bubble Cloud add-on license. For cloud hosting, it is always necessary for our cloud IP addresses to have access to the CRM/telephony environment.
-
Realtime API (user based)
Authentication with CRM application at user level. Please note, if you want to clone the profiles to other users in the organization, the user data will be copied also. To prevent this, you can request a clone template from us that does not copy these values.
-
Clone template
A template must be used when cloning profiles because user authorization takes place, which cannot be cloned.
-
Bubble Gateway Integration
Bubble Gateway Integration is developed for CRM, EPD and ERP applications that have their own integrated telephony module. Bubble handles the technical processing of incoming and outgoing calls, status changes and other telephony actions, and ensures that these – with the proper authentication – are securely passed on to the CRM, or in the case of outgoing calls, to the telephony platform. Which functionalities the end user sees is entirely determined by what the CRM supports. Bubble Gateway Integration connects, the CRM decides.
-

-
Bubble Third-Party API
With the Bubble Third Party API you can effortlessly connect your application to CRMs, telephony platforms and Bubble features — all through one smart interface. You therefore get access to the very same powerful technology.

Bubble365 Teams App
With the Bubble365 Teams App you bring the power of Bubble directly into your Microsoft Teams environment. By smartly combining CRM, telephony and Teams functionalities in one app, you get a seamless user experience. Work more efficiently and boost productivity by bringing all communication and CRM tools together in a single central interface. You decide how the app looks: choose which widgets to activate, where to place them and in what size. You can even add your own applications, such as the video stream of your door intercom via the iFrame widget. This way, Teams becomes your ultimate communication hub.
-
Bubble365 Mobile App
With the Bubble365 Mobile App you can take your CRM functionality everywhere, directly on your smartphone. For every phone call – incoming or outgoing – you immediately receive a notification showing the name as stored in your CRM. From that notification you can easily open the app to view customer information or perform actions. On Android we even show notifications for calls handled through the native dialer, and with a fixed-mobile integration this also applies to iOS. In all other cases, notifications are triggered based on the phone calls running through the connected telephony platform. You can also search your CRM contacts in real time via the app (if your CRM supports the SearchBar), ensuring you always have the right information at hand.
-
Bubble365 iFrame
With the Bubble365 iFrame you can easily integrate Bubble365 into your own application — for example within your telephony platform, CRM system or simply in the browser. Ideal for developers who do not want to build a complete telephony notification module like Bubble themselves, but still want to benefit from an integrated user experience that is compatible with CRM applications and telephony platforms.
-
Quick search (clipboard copy)
The CRM application you use is limited in telephony integration functionalities and does not support opening a customer card via a button in an external application such as Bubble. For this integration is the copy to clipboard functionality that directly copies the customer name or customer number to your clipboard so that you can use it to quickly search in your CRM application.
